What your Prism account keeps, and what you can do about it.

What we keep

Your email address; the profile you fill in (name, username, picture, bio, links); the sites you've signed in to; your signed-in devices; and, if you buy something, your purchases and receipts. Card details are held by our payment processor, Stripe, never by us.

What we don't keep

No passwords: you sign in with emailed codes, passkeys or a provider. Failed sign-ins are counted without your email or IP address, to spot someone guessing.

What sites see

Each site gets its own account id for you, your name and email, and the profile you show. Whether other sites can see that you use them is your choice, under Privacy in your account.

Your choices

In your account you can change your profile, sign out of any device, download everything we keep about you, and delete your account on every site at once.
