What is a Prism account?
One account for every site that runs on Prism. The same email, profile and picture work on all of them.
Do I need a password?
No. We email you a code each time, or you can use a passkey (your fingerprint, face or device PIN).
What does a site see about me?
Your name, email and the profile you choose to show. Never a password. Other sites only see that you use them while cross-site sharing is on in your account.
Where are my purchases and receipts?
In your account, under Purchases. Manage cards and subscriptions opens the billing page, where you can cancel.
How do I delete my account or download my data?
Open your account and use Your data or Delete your account. Deleting removes your account on every site you've signed in to.
Can't get in?
Ask for a new code from the log-in page. If you can't reach your email, use one of the recovery codes you made in your account. Each one works once.
Something wrong on a site?
Use Report a problem at the bottom of the page on that site. You don't need an account.
